How Command Center Review Company handles the information it collects to run its hauling operation.

What we collect

Names, mobile numbers and email addresses of our drivers and of our contracted vendors' contacts; the messages exchanged with dispatch; the location of a driver's phone during a dispatched day (from the first tap to the last, only while the driver page is open); photographs of freight bills, weight tickets and required documents.

How we use it

To dispatch trucks, run the day, bill customers and pay vendors, and meet legal record-keeping requirements. Text messages from the company number are sent only to people who opted in; message frequency varies with dispatch (typically 1–2 per day on working days). Msg & data rates may apply. Mobile information and text-messaging consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Numbers are never sold or rented.

Who sees it

Command Center Review Company's dispatch and billing staff, and the service providers that run the software (hosting, text delivery, document reading), each bound to use it only to provide the service. Customers of Command Center Review Company see only the trucks, freight bills and tracking for their own jobs.

How long we keep it

Location records: 90 days. Freight bills and billing records: as the law requires (7 years). Roster and vendor records: while the relationship lasts and as required afterwards.
