Command Center Review Company dispatch text program, sent from the company number.

1. Program description

You opt in at https://drive.review.mykiss.net/opt-in (or in person at the office, or on your vendor profile). When you opt in, Command Center Review Company sends dispatch text messages to the mobile number you provided: your day's assignment with a private link to your dispatch page, requests for trucks, offers, and reminders about required documents. You can reply to confirm or decline, and the dispatch office reads your replies.

2. Who receives these messages

Command Center Review Company's own employed drivers and its contracted hauling vendors. Drivers opt in in person at the office when they are hired and added to the roster; vendors opt in on their vendor profile form by ticking the consent box next to their dispatcher's phone number.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with dispatch: typically 1–2 messages per day on days you are working, and none on days you are not.

4. Msg & data rates may apply

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Command Center Review Company does not charge for these messages.

5. How to stop (opt out)

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Command Center Review Company. You will receive one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in. Opting out of texts does not change your employment or vendor relationship; dispatch will reach you by phone instead.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

8. Privacy

Your number is used only for this program. See the privacy policy. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text-messaging consent is not shared with anyone.
